Account creation

User content

Monitoring and moderation

PictoHouse owns all rights to:

• Trademarks, logos and graphic elements

• Documentation and tutorials
• AI algorithms and technologies

Your rights to your content

You retain all your rights to:
• The photos you upload
• Videos created with your content
• Your texts and custom elements

License granted to PictoHouse

By using our services, you grant us a limited license to:
• Process and host your content
• Create videos according to your instructions
• Backup and synchronize your data
• Display previews for technical support

Respect for third party rights

You commit not to use content protected by copyright without appropriate authorization.

DMCA procedure

We respond to valid DMCA notifications. Contact legal@pictohouse.com to report a violation.

Data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Backup and recovery

We perform regular backups, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of your important content.

Data export

You can export your data at any time via our platform features.

Data deletion

After termination of your account, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy, except for contrary legal obligations.

Warranty exclusions

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of:

Damage limitation

Under no circumstances will PictoHouse be liable for:
• Indirect, special or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data or business opportunities

• Damages exceeding fees paid over the last 12 months

• Confidentiality violations due to our fault
• Liabilities that cannot be excluded by law

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claim resulting from your non-compliant use of our services.

Termination by user

You can terminate your account at any time:
• Via your account settings
• By contacting us directly
• Termination takes effect at the end of your billing period

Termination by PictoHouse

We may terminate your account:
• With 30 days notice for convenience
• Immediately in case of serious violation
• For non-payment after formal notice

Effects of termination

After termination:
• Your access to services ceases immediately
• Your data may be deleted after 30 days
• Payment obligations remain due
• Certain clauses survive termination

Data recovery

We will provide you reasonable access to recover your data for 30 days after termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Paris courts have jurisdiction for any dispute.

Dispute resolution

In case of dispute, we favor amicable resolution. Mediation is possible via:

Entire agreement
